Whether indoors in the winter or in the beautiful Georgia outdoors, we practice Vinyasa (flow style) yoga and offer modifications to make poses accessible to any level of experience. We also share wellness and nutrition tips and offer encouragement with an inspiring scripture reading and reflection during each class. If you come, breathe, and try your best, you’ll notice immediate benefits. Once we establish our regular schedule, drop-in for $6/class or buy a 4-class card for $20. For now, try a free class when we sub at Yoga in the Park (at Tatnall Square) some Wednesday evenings or (in Spanish!) at an upcoming conference, and check out our annual retreat!

At the first ever Hispanic Women's Conference for Central and South Georgia, we will present on living with authenticity and include a 15-minute everyday yoga practice. The conference (in Spanish) starts at 10am. Register online for free!
